No. Our staff are social helpers, not bodyguards or security. If things feel dangerous, leave and call 911 or security. Do not wait on us.
Is what I tell my Winkman kept completely confidential?+
Yes, within legal limits. We keep your details private and do not share them with random people. But we cannot control information you choose to share yourself during an outing or conversation.
Can my Winkman just go with it?+
Yes. Give detailed instructions, pick the personality you need, or simply say, just go with it. Your Winkman or Winkwoman will follow your lead within the basic ground rules.
Can you pretend to be a real person I know?+
Yes, tell us who the person is, what they are like, and what you need us to accomplish. We will not impersonate doctors, police, banks, courts, employers, or anyone involved in a financial matter. If someone’s safety, or anything illegal is involved, absolutely not. We are helpful shady, not prison shady.
What will you not help with?+
Nothing illegal, threatening, dangerous, or meant to steal money. We also do not help stalk, harass, blackmail, or repeatedly contact someone who told us to stop.
